We have planning proposals for aged care facilities currently in council for projects at Prospect, Salisbury, Myrtle Bank, Pacific Paradise, Upper Coomera and Sippy Downs. The Waterford, QLD
Located in Hervey Bay, the Waterford is a flagship facility for the award winning aged care provider Premier Health. This facility is a testament to our quality of work and attention to detail in all our projects, large and small. The state of the art home that holds well over 100 beds, includes a plethora of activity spaces for all residents. Our aged care designs focus on ensuring that all people living in the facility still experience life to the fullest, by not only keeping in mind the requirements for residential care but also that we are designing a home.
Lockleys, SA
Lockleys, located just off Henley Beach Rd combines both luxury and relaxation. The home is placed among a collection of gardens and courtyards that create an environment that is comforting to all residents. The design also features a number of actives for its residents such as a gym, internet cafe and salon. The facility now run by Estia Health, provides a multitude of services for its residents to ensure that families and partners alike have safety of mind and are more comfortable knowing that their loved ones are receiving the highest care.
Current & Future Projects
Pacific Paradise Development, QLD
The Menzies at Pacific Paradise is currently under construction in Queensland. With a similar design to the Waterford, this new aged care facility that will house 120 beds. The project will feature both single rooms and rooms for couples as well as a secure memory support unit. The home will feature numerous courtyards and shared living spaces to create a welcoming community for all.
Ridge Park Development, SA
Currently under construction in Myrtle Bank, this redevelopment of an existing heritage home will create a unique experience for its residents. The modern design for the home is intended to be a contrast to the existing facility that dates back over 100 years. The facility will include both clinical care and a luxury service for all residents of the home, creating a welcoming and safe environment for them to live.
