About Kirkbride Boyce
We are an innovative architectural company with experience over the last 40 years in Australia and overseas in delivering quality architectural solutions. We have recently acquired category 1 government and industry accreditation and are willing and able to provide full architectural services.
Every project requires an innovative design solution. Every project is different. Design solutions come from an in depth understanding of the underlying issues with respect to the design and construction of any created space. Recently our attention has been drawn to the requirements of educational facilities and the value they hold in society. We are working on aged care and health care facilities and the unique services required in that industry. We have experience in Shopping Centre and High Rise Apartment buildings and the impact that these have on the human person.
“Each project is treated with the honour and respect that it deserves”.
We have been involved on a range of levels in the integration and facilitation of education facilities, social services facilities and community support facilities within the context of providing a cohesive birth to old age environment where all are welcomed and included. With projects including child care, parent support, integrating the wider and extended family and guardianship units within the community, adult education, artistic and sporting facilities that were also community shared and involving an openness to all. Having the architect immersed to this level of involvement with the concept of a project enables the architecture to live, speak and grow out of the community. Being in touch with the human aspect of a project and site is the innovation which enables creative solutions to unfold.
Our ability to listen to and reflect on the issues and stories of our clients bring our architecture to life. Using this unique method developed along the lines of appreciative inquiry we are able to capture in built form solutions that exceed client expectations and allow the building to enhance the lives of the end users in new ways.
